Preamble
We the People of Anime Club, in Order to form a more perfect Soul Society, establish Justice, insure Earth's Tranquility, provide for the common defence against Arrancar, promote the general Welfare of Plus Souls, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Anime Club of the University of Rochester.

Article I - The Legislative Branch
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in the Students' Association of the University of Rochester, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Let them do stuff as they see fit.

Article II - The Executive Branch
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the Anime Club. He shall hold his Office during the Term of two Semesters together with the Vice-President chosen for the same Term.

Article III - The Judicial Branch
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Security (x-13), and in such inferior Courts (Student Aides) as the Students' Association may from time to time ordain and establish.

Article IV - The Members
Each member may become a full Citizen upon participation in sufficient Anime Club activities as ordained by the Students' Association.

Article V - Amendments
The Anime Club, whenever two thirds of Citizens shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution.

Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths
If a member owes money, then he must return it, else he risks brutal punishment under our Supreme Commander-in-chief, the President. He must take an oath to never again swindle money.

Article VII - Ratification
The Ratification of nine Citizens, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the Members of the Anime Club.
